Business Development
Representative
This position is responsible for prospecting
new business. Successful candidates will
be creative, results driven, and self-motivated.
The Business Development representative will
have the opportunity to advance into a
full-fledged sales position. Compensation
includes a modest base plus general
activity-driven commission structure.

Sales Representative
This position is
responsible for prospecting and closing new
business either through new or existing
accounts. Successful candidates will have
an aptitude for technology and be

Field Services Engineer
The Field
Services engineer functions as the primary
consultant for a group of business accounts as
well as escalated support calls. Most of
the time is spent at client sites working on IT
support, projects, and planning. Candidates
will possess strong troubleshooting and
diagnostic skills, network and infrastructure
expertise, expertise in systems
administration, and have very strong customer
service skills, as you will serve as the IT
liaison for your accounts. Successful candidates are expected
to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP)
and will need to have a Citrix certification
within 3 months of employment.

Help Desk Engineer
The Help
Desk engineer is responsible for providing
remote helpdesk support as well as occasional
onsite support for clients. Candidates
will possess strong troubleshooting and
diagnostic skills, be familiar with network and infrastructure
components as well as basic systems
administration, and have very strong customer
service skills. Successful candidates are expected
to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP)
and will need to have a Citrix certification
within 3 months of employment.

Datacenter Engineer
The
Datacenter engineer is responsible for our
primary datacenter functionality and service
delivery. While this is not primarily a
client-facing position, the datacenter engineer
may be called upon for larger projects in
support with our IT division. Candidates
will have broad experience with firewalls,
routers, SAN, and both Hyper-V and Citrix
Architectures (including XenServer and XenApp
deployment). Successful candidates are expected
to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP)
and will need to have a Citrix certification
within 3 months of employment.
