Field Services
Engineer
The Field Services engineer functions as
the primary consultant for a group of business
accounts as well as escalated support calls.
Most of the time is spent at client sites
working on IT support, projects, and planning.
Candidates will possess strong troubleshooting
and diagnostic skills, network and
infrastructure expertise, expertise in systems
administration, and have very strong customer
service skills, as you will serve as the IT
liaison for your accounts. Successful
candidates are expected to have a current
Microsoft Certification (MCP) and will need to
have a Citrix certification within 3 months of

Datacenter Engineer
The Datacenter engineer is responsible for our
primary datacenter functionality and service
delivery. While this is not primarily a
client-facing position, the datacenter engineer
may be called upon for larger projects in
support with our IT division. Candidates
will have broad experience with firewalls,
routers, SAN, and both Hyper-V and Citrix
Architectures (including XenServer and XenApp
deployment). Successful candidates are expected
to have a current Microsoft Certification (MCP)
and will need to have a Citrix certification
within 3 months of employment.
